Proper Use Of Computer, Mobile, Tab - Be Careful

Computer, tab, smart phone is the essential and daily usage electric accessories in our life. We use it with deep concentration. Wen need to conscious when we are using it.

We are spending an hour by hour using it. We need to be attentive when we are using it, if so not we may attack by pain in the kneck, shoulder etc.

Harvard School of Public Health, Womens Hospital & technology institute Microsoft of USA published a statistic. Which people sitting with a laptop in her lap for a long time, head down to the bone in the upper spine, joints and neck muscles a little unusual position goes away. 

For this reason muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments and spinal discs may be damaged.

For escaping the problem be conscious from the first. At first need to conscious about your position. If need to work with a laptop, desktop or mobile, take rest sometimes. Sit as flexible. Don't sit as curved. Don't hunchback your shoulder. Don't blow down your head. Landscape legs and buttocks are lifted on one side for a long time? Escape it.

If you want to be a good worker, you need to fully conscious about your health. Without good health you can not work properly. You'll feel weak. Don't work in a hard position. 

If you work in a desktop or laptop computer

1. Use a good chair, so that the waist is a relief. If need, use a pillow in back side.

2. Keep your eyes parallel the monitor. It's applicable for using a laptop or desktop.

3. Sit straight. Don't bend your back & do not be leaning forward.

4. Flex your both shoulder and keep your elbows near the body.

5. Two hands, the wrists, the arms and thigh parallel to the floor.

If you are a call center worker

1. Do not talk on the phone to keep mobile in the middle of the head and shoulder.

2. Use comfortable and hands-free device, or you can use the headset. You can choose a bluethooth device according to your choice.

If you read e-book or use tablet

Keep your device as your flexible position. Don't use these type of devices randomly. Take rest sometimes. Stand up, walk, change hand (take it in another hand), change body position etc. It's so important to change body position.
